ABOUT Malinga Jasper
Maligano jasper is named after the small village where it was first found, less than 10 years ago, in Sulawesi, Indonesia in SE Asia. It is found in ancient volcanic hot spring areas. Maligano Jasper often features broken and healed patterns, called brecciated patterns, that can resemble river scenes. It may also contain rivers of agate running through it.
